steps to create a blog using blogger service.

• open blogger.com and sig in or create an account.
• once you've login you need to give to your blog a title and a url

example: maicol campos hurtado
url: maicolcamposenglishclass.blogspot.com
whatever you want for your blog site.

• choose your template or theme.
  you can use one of the blogger default themes.
• then, blogger offers you to find a  url domain. skip this.
• this is optional but very recommended.

next change the appearance.
go to free-blogger-templates or best-free-blogger-templates/ even responsive-blogger-templates/#Minimalist.
choose one and download it.

i will use this shareme-social-media-blogger-template
once you've downloaded it open it with winrar or 7zip.
extract it whatever you want in your pc. example desktop = new folder.

now, find the .xml file in the extracted folder.
put your mouse cursor over that file and right click. You'll see "edit". click it.

a new wordpad document have been opened.
select all content. ctrl + e.
copy ctrl + c.

now go to your blogger, localize theme.
click on edit HTML
Ctrl + a to select all content and then supr. or backspace key.
press ctrl + v to paste what you copied from .xml file downloaded.

and finally save theme button.
you can use a preview button before your start blogging.

another way to change the appearance of  the blog is going to "theme" on the left of the main page of blogger.com, then "create and restore backup" on the right upside of the page.

in the new tab click on "select file" and search your downloaded theme and extracted.... select the .xml file and upload.

next step is to modify as you like the parameters in "designing" button.
